This is an "A" frame home located on Oak Island, North Carolina. The homeowners are very good friends of mine. They wanted to change the flat roof lines on either side of the home to a gable roof pitch on the right side. On the left, driveway side they wanted a screened porch. Using a monolithic concrete pour as the base of the 20 ft x 20 ft screend porch addition, this creates an eye catching entry point for friends and family to come calling. The durable galvalume metal roof gives the "A" frame home the ability to withstand the coastal weather and eye appealing pleasure.
