Nice work! Very impressive.
We would like to have a porch built on the back of our home....very similar to the one shown in your pictures.
We would also like to have fine mesh screening installed under the floor boards, to try and "control" the amount of pests (mosquitos, spiders, geckos, etc.) that enter the porch.
